01 Introduction

03 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account at sifucuci. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Full current residential address

An identity verification (KYC) process will be conducted before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identity card, utility bill, or recent bank statement. sifucuci reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur. sifucuci is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Sifucuci supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected crypto assets.

Deposit:

• Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts during gameplay
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
• Uploading or distributing illegal content through the platform

• Abusing the customer support system or submitting false complaints
• Sharing login credentials with another individual

08 Account Closure
